The hanging garden of Babylon, Its stated as a multi-levelled gardens reaching 22 metres (75 feet) high, complete with machinery for circulating water. Large trees grow on the roof. (sound amazing, huh?) Built by King Nebuchadnezzar II around 605-562 BC ( He conquer Judah & Jerusalem, sending jew into exile) to his wife.
Statue of Zeus at Olympia ( Modern-day west Greece) occupied the whole width of aisle of the temple that was built to house it, and was 12 metres (40 feet) tall.
Temple of Artemis at Ephesus (an Ancient Greek city in modern day Republic of Turkey). It dedicated to the Greeck Goddess, Artemis and it took 120 years to built.
Mausoleum of Maussollos was a tomb built between 353 & 350 BC at Halicarnassus (present day Bodrum, Turkey) for Maussollos, a leader in ancient Persian Empire, Artemisia II of Caria (his wife, oso his sister).
Colossus of Rhodes, Greece, was a statue of Greek God Helios built between 292 & 280 BC. Its stood 30 metres (107ft) high, one of the tallest statue in the ancient world.
Lighthouse of Alexandria was a tower built in the 3rd century BC on the island of pharos in Alexandria, Egypt to serve as the port's landmark, and later, as it lighthouse. Estimated around 115 - 135 metres (380- 440 ft), 3rd tallest building after the 2 great pyramids (Khufu & Khafra).
